Terms and Conditions

  • We hereby apply to participate in one or more prescribed packages at Penang Buildex 2024, on a first come first serve basis, and is subject to the availability and approval of the Organizer. The Organizer at its entire discretion reserves the right to refuse any applications.
  • We understand and agree that a 100% full payment [to be made in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR)] is required upon our submission of application to participate in one or more prescribed packages.
  • Any cancellations by us made less than thirty (30) days before the Exhibition Date will result in the Organizer’s forfeiture of our full payment made to the Organizer. No refunds will be made for such cancellations.
  • We understand that upon acceptance by the Organizer, this Application shall become a legally binding Contract following the Terms and Conditions as contained herein, of which we have read, understand and accept totally.
  • We hereby voluntarily and unequivocally agree to fully comply with the Terms and Conditions as contained herein without any reservation or restriction.
  • Weherebyrelinquishanyclaimsand/ordemandsagainsttheOrganizer.
  • We understand that the provided Layout serves as reference purposes only, and is subject to any changes made by the Organizer at any material times as it deems fit and necessary.
  • The allocation of exhibition booth space will be determined through a ballot draw, and we completely accept the booth allocated.
  • We further agree to accept that the arrangement of exhibition booth space if so, required may be adjusted by the Organizer as it deems fit and suitable to ensure optimal flow and accommodate any unforeseen circumstances.

WE HEREBY ACCEPT AND AGREE TO EXHIBIT AND COMPLY WITH ALL THE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND RULES & REGULATIONS SET FORTH HERE; AND ANY LAWS, BY-LAWS AND RULES & REGULATIONS AS SET FORTH BY ANY RELEVANT AUTHORITY; AND WHEN NECESSARY, ANY OTHER SUBSEQUENT OR SUPPLEMENTARY OR ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS AS ISSUED BY THE ORGANIZER FROM TIME TO TIME, OF WHICH WE FULLY UNDERSTAND SHALL FORM PART OF THIS CONTRACT AND SHALL BE BINDING ON US.

WE FURTHER AGREE THAT THE ORGANIZER SHALL HAVE THE FINAL DECISION IN ADOPTING ANY RULES OR REGULATIONS AS IT DEEMS NECESSARY PRIOR TO, DURING AND AFTER THE EXHIBITION.
